Amazing Detox Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 turnips
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 bunches of celery
  • 2 beets
  • 1 red cabbage
  • 1 cooking onion
  • 5 mammoth garlics
  • A bunch of parsley
  • 2 parsnip
  • A bunch of spinach
  • A bunch of broccoli

Optional

  • Bok Choy - highly recommended

All organic if possible!!!!!

Directions:

Cut up veggies, cover with water, bring water to a boil and let simmer for 2 hours

Drink broth all day for days until finished, recommended eating the vegetables for fiber!
