Sautéed Beets
From Katrina Harrison and Carol Howden’s Ancient Wisdom in Modern Menu
Ingredients:
- 3 medium organic beets, grated
- 1/2 cup organic chopped dill
- 2 Tbsp organic butter or ghee
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 tbsp black pepper
Directions:
- Steam beets in water over low heat until half cooked. Add dill and butter. Steam until done.
- Remove from heat when done to your preference. Add pepper and pinch of fresh dill.
