Sautéed Beets
From Katrina Harrison and Carol Howden’s Ancient Wisdom in Modern Menu

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium organic beets, grated
  • 1/2 cup organic chopped dill
  • 2 Tbsp organic butter or ghee
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Steam beets in water over low heat until half cooked.  Add dill and butter.  Steam until done.
  2. Remove from heat when done to your preference. Add pepper and pinch of fresh dill.
