Black Bean and Rice Wrap
Ingredients:
- 1 8-10 inch whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 cup Black Bean and Vegetable Stew
- 1/4 cup cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons tomato salsa
- 1/4 cup sprouts
- 2 tablespoons grated carrots
- 1 lettuce leaf
Directions:
- Place the black bean and vegetable stew in the center of the tortilla. Add the rice, salsa, salsa, sprouts, and lettuce leaf. Roll up tightly into a 2" to 3" wide wrap. Enjoy!
