Black Bean and Rice Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 8-10 inch whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/2 cup Black Bean and Vegetable Stew
  • 1/4 cup cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons tomato salsa
  • 1/4 cup sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons grated carrots
  • 1 lettuce leaf

Directions:

  1. Place the black bean and vegetable stew in the center of the tortilla. Add the rice, salsa, salsa, sprouts, and lettuce leaf. Roll up tightly into a 2" to 3" wide wrap. Enjoy!
