Summer Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup arugala or spring mix
- 8 pea pods
- 1/2 cup alfalfa or broccoli sprouts,
- 12 black olives
- 1 artichoke heart
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1-2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tsp turmeric
- Drizzle of olive oil
Directions:
In a nice salad bowl, mix the above organic ingredients. Top salad with protein of choice (chicken breast, oven roasted turkey, chickpeas, wild salmon, etc.)
