Summer Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup arugala or spring mix
  • 8 pea pods
  • 1/2 cup alfalfa or broccoli sprouts,
  • 12 black olives
  • 1 artichoke heart
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1-2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tsp turmeric
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Directions:

In a nice salad bowl, mix the above organic ingredients. Top salad with protein of choice (chicken breast, oven roasted turkey, chickpeas, wild salmon, etc.)
