Our Healthy Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of either milk, soy milk or calcium fortified orange juice, not from concentrate (Tropicana or Minute Maid)
  • 6 frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit
  • 1 banana
  • 2 teaspoons of freshly ground flaxseeds or flaxseed oil
  • 1 carrot, grated

Directions:

  1. Blend in a blender and enjoy!
