Our Healthy Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of either milk, soy milk or calcium fortified orange juice, not from concentrate (Tropicana or Minute Maid)
- 6 frozen strawberries or other frozen fruit
- 1 banana
- 2 teaspoons of freshly ground flaxseeds or flaxseed oil
- 1 carrot, grated
Directions:
- Blend in a blender and enjoy!
